The world's richest person Elon Musk on Saturday tweeted, "Russia has the ability to destroy USA and Europe utterly with nuclear missiles in less than 30 minutes and vice versa.
" He added that it would be "MAD" to use the nuclear weapons. Musk earlier said, "If we were dealing with reasonable people, we wouldn't have war in the first place."
