Chandigarh, December 8, 2017: Dubai entrepreneurs have evinced interest in investing in Haryana in infrastructure, healthcare and housing, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar said on Friday.

A delegation from Dubai would visit the state in January.

Interacting with reporters after returning from his three-day visit to Dubai, the Chief Minister said the visit was undertaken to give an impetus to foreign investment in the state.

He said the entrepreneurs in Dubai were impressed with the development that has taken place in the state. 

They have also shown interest in the import of wheat and rice from Haryana.

In reply to a question, the Chief Minister said investment proposals of about Rs 86,000 crore are in different stages of implementation.
