Advent of Bawarchi Biryani Awes Bolingbrook Mayor. Calls it a “Big Addition”

CHICAGO (Bloomingdale) - Mr Madan Pamulapati’s Bawarchi Biryani has begun to spread it’s aroma in Bloomingdale; and, community is lining up there ordering “one-to-go” or “is-pick-up-ready?” Phone, there, is ringing non-stop, and Doordash orders flowing in. Bawarchi Biryani in Bloomingdale opened on July 2024. Mayor Mary Alexander-Basta along with the members of her government arrived to cut the ribbon signifying Bawarchi Biryani Bloomingdale’s inauguration. She was received by Madan Pamulapati and his parents Shri Narasaiah and Shrimati Ramanamma. His partner Mr Krishna Nimmagadda was also present to receive the Mayor and other government officials. Ms Lekha Nimagadda presented her a bouquet of flowers. Police Chief Mr Mike Rompa, Fire Chief Mr Jeff Lajoie, and Trustee Mr Michael Carpanzano accompanied her to the inauguration.

The judge overseeing Donald Trump's criminal hush money trial fined the former U.S. president $9,000 on Tuesday for online posts that he found violated a gag order in the case. Justice Juan Merchan's order came as the trial in New York resumed with testimony from a banker familiar with accounts involved in Trump's alleged scheme to influence the 2016 election by covering up a sex scandal.

Chicago To Get New $2 Billion Stadium Near Soldier Field. Chicago Bears’ Plans To Quit Chicago Downtown Reversed

The Chicago Bears have announced that they will begin plans to build a new stadium near their current home of Soldier Field, a change from their original plans of moving to a location further outside of the city. “The Chicago Bears are committed to contributing over $2 billion to build a stadium and improve open spaces for all families, fans and the general public to enjoy in the City of Chicago,” the team said in a statement.

Early Voting in all of Chicago’s 50 Wards has started Monday, March 4 and will be open through Monday, March 18. These sites are open Weekdays from 9:00am to 6pm; Saturdays from 9:00am to 5:00pm; and Sundays from 10:00am to 4:00pm. All Ward Early Voting locations and the Supersite will also be open as Vote Centers on Election Day, Tuesday, March 19, from 6:00am to 7:00pm
