The Prambanan Temple built in the 19th century is the largest Hindu site in Indonesia and the second-largest in southeast Asia consisting of 240 temples.The Hindu temples are decorated with reliefs illustrating the Indonesian version OF THE Ramayana and are surrounded by hundreds of shrines.
The third biggest temples, called 'TRIMURTI' are dedicated to Shiva,Vishnu and Brahma.Temple complex is a UNESCO World Heritage site.
