Convicting a 60-year-old man in child sex abuse case, a Mumbai court observed that masturbating in presence of another person is sufficient to infer sexual intent.
A four-year-old boy had seen the convict masturbating in his tailoring shop.
The court held that any passer-by could have seen his act, hence it cannot be said that he was masturbating in private.
