A prototype of a floating house worth $1.5 million partially sank during its unveiling in Panama.
The luxury SeaPod constructed by Ocean Builders comprised 'three half floors' and over 300 square feet of living space, housed 7.5 feet above the water.
While pictures of the tilted SeaPod surfaced on social media, the company said "not a single person was injured".
