Trinamool Congress (TMC) MP Mahua Moitra on Tuesday asked "who is the 'Pappu' now" as she quoted the National Statistical Office's latest report which stated the country's industrial output had decreased and the manufacturing sector had shrunk.
"Seventeen of the industry sectors that make up the Index of Industrial Production have recorded negative growth rates," she said.
