At least 13 people have died in weather-related fatalities in US' Oklahoma, Kentucky, Missouri, Tennessee, Wisconsin and Ohio as "bomb cyclone" hit the country.
Around 15 lakh people are without power across several states and temperatures in some parts have hit -48°C.
National Weather Service said over 20 crore people are under some form of winter weather advisory.
