Former UK PM Liz Truss referred to her 45-day tenure as Prime Minister as a "setback" during a recent speech she gave at a conservative policy institute in US.
In her speech, she said she did not understand “quite how hard” it would be to change the culture of government.
Truss was succeeded by current UK PM Rishi Sunak.
