Ranbir Kapoor said that new people are not given an opportunity in the Hindi film industry. "It's...important actually to give them (an opportunity) because that's when the change happens.
That's when...new stories are told so I hope that happens," he added.
Ranbir further said in the last 20 years, the industry has been "influenced by Western culture".
