The US and Russia will hold talks on nuclear arms control and tensions over a Russian troop build-up near Ukraine on January 10. The talks will take place in Geneva, Switzerland.
"When we sit down to talk, Russia can put its concerns on the table and we'll put our concerns on the table with Russia's activities," a US official said.
