Elon Musk has demanded Twitter make Kayvon Beykpour, the firm's ex-head of consumer unit, testify about spam accounts in $44 billion Twitter takeover dispute.
Beykpour's lawyers recently said he's "beyond the subpoena power" of US courts as he's currently outside US.
However, Musk's legal team in a filing said, "Beykpour is within Twitter's control and [it] must produce...[him] for deposition."
