Parents of BCM sector 32 School stage protest, court summons principal

 Chandigarh -Parents of BCM Senior Secondary School Sector 32 Chandigarh road, staged protest outside Deputy Commissioner office and also present the memorandum against the school authorities. Civil court has also summoned school principal for April 6, 2018.

Parents purported that they are protesting against the school authorities from past three years as they are asking for annual charges that are spiking every year that has burning the hole in the pocket of the consumer.

Parents claimed that they have taken stay and they claimed that school can urge for building and annual charges if school is not getting enough fees or funds. Rajeev Sharma parent of Raghav Sharma who is studying in third standard articulated that they are running pillar to post under this issue. After that they have filed a case in the court.

They claimed that police officials have also told the district education officer to cancel the NOC of the particular school if they are not cooperating as parents claimed that students are forced to sit in the library as they have not paid the annual charges.

Parents also highlighted that school authorities have transfer Rs 7.74 crore  HERO  CYCLES and they claimed that they are paying the monthly fees and school is not in a need of annual charges that seems very high for them.

DP Guleria, principal of BCM Senior Secondary School, 32 Sector claimed that they are following the guidelines and orders of High Court and they are asking the parents to submit the annual charges.
